And for more Christmas treats, check out these 25+ Irresistible Vegan Christmas Cookies!

This year I set out to make the healthiest possible version of a Christmas cookie box.
But I didn’t want to lose out on flavor and deliciousness. To do that, I had to find the most delicious healthy Christmas cookie recipes out there, plus create some of my own, which meant dusting my gingerbread cookie cutters a bit earlier.
All I can say is that none of my friends complained when they had to test the dozens of different cookies I baked to fine-tune the perfect recipes, especially if the cookies came with a hot cup of my homemade chocolate!
But is it even possible to bake healthy Christmas cookies?
Yes, it is! All the cookies on this list are made with a mix of wholesome, nourishing ingredients, lots of spices, and natural, unrefined sweeteners.
