Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F (180C).
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the cashews, add the olive oil and all the spices and mix well with a spoon or your hand until all cashews are evenly covered.
  • Bake the cashews for 10-12 minutes, mixing them a couple of times to make sure they bake evenly. Once golden brown, remove them from the oven and let them cool at room temperature before eating them.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

How spicy? Spices' flavor can change dramatically depending on how fresh they are. So always make sure to taste your cashews and add a bit more if your spices have been sitting in your kitchen pantry for a while!
How to store: Once cooled, store in an airtight container, a mason jar, or a ziplock bag for up to 2 weeks in a cool dark place. Don't keep them in the fridge, or they'll get soft and soggy.
