Note 1: Use full-fat coconut milk and refrigerate it before use. I usually put it in the fridge the night before.
Note 2: To avoid melting too much chocolate to dip the balls in, try to melt the chocolate in a small glass jar in the microwave. Or in any heat-resistant container that is tall and narrow. It’ll be much easier to dip your balls in it with a small amount of chocolate!
How to store: You can keep them in the fridge for up to 5 days. Or freeze them for up to two months. Let them thaw for a few minutes before eating them, but if it’s a hot summer day, you can pretty much eat them out of the freezer.
