Wash the berries, and if some are too big, chop them into smaller pieces.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt to a mason jar.
Add half of the chopped fruit.
Add the remaining yogurt.
Top with the rest of the mixed berries, granola (see notes), maple syrup, and coconut flakes.
Seal the lids and store them in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
When you are ready to eat the yogurt parfaits, simply remove them from the fridge, mix, and enjoy.
