This healthy green smoothie recipe is filled with whole nutritious ingredients to boost your immune system, energy, and focus every morning!
– fresh spinach - (or frozen) – banana – green apple – orange – chia seeds – oat milk - (or almond milk)
1 Peel the banana and cut it into chunks. 2 Peel the orange by hand or by using a knife and cut it into pieces.
3 Wash the apple and remove the core (but keep the skin on). 4 Place all the ingredients in a blender.
5 Blend the ingredients in a high-speed blender until you get a smooth and creamy texture. 6 Taste the smoothie, adding more oat milk (or almond milk) if it is too thick for your liking. Pour into a cup, bottle or mason jar.
7 Enjoy straight away, or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
